1.负责公司内AI及云IaaS产品的稳定性建设与运营，通过软件工程手段提升服务可用性、故障恢复效率和运营质量；
2.负责运维平台的架构设计、开发与维护，建设全链路可观测、告警治理、变更管控、架构分析与风险治理等能力；
3.推进运维自动化建设，沉淀原子操作工具与标准化SOP，实现巡检、变更、故障处置及容灾演习等场景的平台化与自动化，减少重复人工操作；
4.探索并落地LLM、AI Agent等技术，结合运维知识库、监控数据与工具调用，建设智能告警分析、故障诊断、辅助决策及自动化处置能力；
5.联动产品研发团队，推动故障复盘、容量与容灾风险治理，将共性问题沉淀为平台能力，以数据驱动稳定性改进和精细化运营。
