1.负责 AI 产品的规划与迭代，深入理解不同用户的需求和使用场景，将 AI 能力转化为有价值、易理解、易使用的产品体验；
2.主导核心流程与交互设计，围绕对话、多步骤任务及结果呈现，打磨操作路径、信息层级和状态反馈，让用户知道如何开始、如何操作、如何得到结果；
3.持续研究各类 Agent 产品，理解其目标人群、场景选择、设计理念及交互细节，形成独立判断，并转化为具体产品方案；
4.结合用户访谈、行为数据和 A/B 实验评估产品效果，定位体验问题，推动持续优化；
5.协同设计、算法、研发等团队，明确目标、优先级和交付标准，主动解决分歧与阻塞，推动项目上线并对效果负责。
