About Position:
We are looking for an experienced Python Full Stack Developer with 7 to 12 years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python, React, cloud technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to build innovative cloud-native solutions while ensuring scalability, reliability, maintainability, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications with a focus on performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
Build and manage robust APIs and microservices to enable seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using React and modern frontend technologies.
Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
Write clean, reusable, efficient, and maintainable code following development standards and best practices.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across environments.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely fixes.
Conduct code reviews and maintain high engineering quality standards.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to team members.
Contribute to solution architecture and application design decisions.
Implement event-driven and distributed system architectures where required.
Participate in CI/CD implementation and deployment automation initiatives.
Ensure application security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development processes and engineering practices.
Expertise You'll Bring:
7 to 12 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and modern Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Extensive frontend development experience using React, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and Microservices-based applications.
Experience building Event-Driven Architectures using technologies such as Kafka.
Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
Experience designing scalable cloud-native applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Strong understanding of cloud architecture, deployment models, and application scalability.
Experience with Git, GitHub, and modern version control practices.
Hands-on experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar tools.
Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Understanding of DevOps principles and modern software delivery practices.
Exposure to AI models, Generative AI platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and related technology stacks.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments.
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
