Oracle OIC HCM Integration Consultant

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, implement, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Build and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud and enterprise or third-party applications.Develop integrations using REST APIs, SOAP web services, and relevant integration adapters.Work with Oracle HCM Core HR processes and data to support integration requirements.Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and error handling within integration workflows.Monitor integrations, troubleshoot failures, and resolve technical issues.Ensure integration solutions follow security standards and cloud integration best practices.Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.Support integration testing, defect resolution, deployment, and post-production maintenance.Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integration design, configuration, and support.Required Skills and ExperienceHands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, particularly Core HR.Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and integration architecture.Experience working with REST APIs and SOAP web services.Knowledge of data mapping, transformation, validation, and integration error handling.Understanding of Oracle HCM business processes and data structures.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Good communication and collaboration skills.Preferred SkillsExperience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud with third-party applications.Knowledge of secure data exchange and cloud integration best practices.Experience supporting integration testing, deployment, and production issues.
