About Position:
We are seeking a talented Java Developer with 4-6 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Kafka, along with exposure to cloud-native technologies and modern software development practices. What You'll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and enhance microservices-based architectures supporting enterprise applications.
Develop event-driven solutions utilizing Kafka for messaging and real-time data processing.
Participate in application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable software solutions.
Develop REST APIs and integration services for internal and external systems.
Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and engineering best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and resiliency.
Contribute to cloud-based deployments and modernization initiatives on GCP.
Support CI/CD implementation and automated deployment processes.
Participate in sprint planning, estimation, release management, and Agile delivery activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis for application problems.
Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices within the Java ecosystem.
Expertise You'll Bring:
4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise application development.
Experience designing and building microservices-based applications.
Hands-on experience with Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation.
Experience with Maven, GitHub, and modern software development practices.
Working knowledge of PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
Experience with Docker and containerized application development.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration capabilities.
