Master/ Senior Collision Repair Technician (Relocation Role)

We’re looking for an experienced Master/ Senior Collision Repair Technician to join a well-established automotive business in the Caribbean.
The collision repair facility is currently being modernized, with the aim of building one of the leading repair operations on the island. We’re looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, has strong technical skills, and enjoys getting stuck into challenging repairs.
The role:
You’ll be working hands-on in the collision repair shop, carrying out a range of advanced repairs, including:
Vehicle teardowns and identifying hidden damage
Structural and frame repairs using Car-O-Liner systems
Vehicle measuring and alignment
Advanced metal finishing and panel preparation
Cutting, riveting and MIG/spot welding
Working closely with estimators to identify additional damage and ensure repairs are properly assessed
Completing repairs to a high standard and in line with manufacturer guidelines
What we’re looking for:
At least 5 years’ experience in advanced collision and structural repair
City & Guilds A.C.E. Certificate or an equivalent international qualification
Strong hands-on experience with structural repairs and modern collision repair methods
Someone who genuinely cares about the quality of their work
A team player who is happy to support and mentor less experienced technicians
Good attention to detail and a clean, organized approach to workshop work
