Mentor Match is an education platform helping parents find the right tutors for their children. We match students with qualified mentors who offer tailored academic support. As we expand across global markets like the UK, UAE, and India, we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Specialist who can convert warm leads into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Call, follow up, and close warm leads passed by the pre-sales team.
Handle objections, explain programme value, and recommend the best fit.
Negotiate payment plans and enrolment terms to seal the deal.
Maintain a clean, updated CRM pipeline with zero lead leakage.
Coordinate handoff to onboarding after successful closure.
What We're Looking For
1–4 years in inside sales, post sales, or EdTech closure roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Comfortable with high call volumes and back-to-back follow-ups.
Experience with CRM tools (Leadsquared / HubSpot / similar).
Target-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting quotas.
Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills with a consultative sales mindset.
