Growth Lead Operations Manager

We are seeking a Growth Lead Operations Manager to own and run day-to-day operations, lead our remote team, and build the operational engine that turns our expert-led vision and content into scalable revenue.
In this role, you will be the operational backbone of the company—building SOPs from scratch, streamlining business workflows, managing project lifecycles, and directly overseeing revenue initiatives and marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Systems Infrastructure
Create, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows across all business units.
Oversee and continuously optimize end-to-end business flow, including financial oversight and budgeting.
Maintain high-standard quality control across courses, live events, member experiences, and digital platform features.
2. Project Management & Team Leadership
Manage new projects end-to-end from launch strategy to completion, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and handoffs.
Supervise remote staff and contractors, including web developers, high-level virtual assistants, and social media managers.
Establish clear operational standards, assign priorities, and hold team members accountable for performance goals.
3. Growth, Revenue & Marketing Execution
Take offer and product ideas from concept to live launch (handling pricing, timelines, landing pages, and email sequences).
Manage and optimize multi-channel funnels (email, social media, podcast, events) to drive measurable conversion.
Track weekly performance metrics (sales, conversion rates, traffic) and present a data-backed optimization strategy.
Identify strategic growth opportunities, including partnerships, upsells, course repackaging, and corporate programs.
Oversee publicity, podcast booking outreach, and brand visibility efforts.
Required Experience & Qualifications
5+ years in an operations leadership role (e.g., Operations Lead, Director of Operations, OBM, or Integrator), ideally within a small business, startup, online education, coaching, or membership platform.
Proven track record of building operating procedures and workflows from scratch.
Hands-on experience supervising remote teams, VAs, contractors, and technical specialists.
Documented success launching products, offers, or programs that generated measurable revenue.
Strong proficiency with modern project management stack (Asana, ClickUp, Notion, etc.).
Solid financial oversight skills (budgeting, expense tracking, KPI reporting).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with media, publicity, or podcast booking outreach.
Familiarity with online course development and membership platform management.
Background working in mission-driven or community-based organizations.
