Role Description
This is a part-time, fully online role for an Online English Instructor – Kids & Teens at HI-Q Academy. The English Instructor will be responsible for teaching English to children and teens, delivering engaging and interactive online lessons, monitoring students’ progress, and creating a positive virtual learning environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree; an English-related field is preferred
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Very good pronunciation and fluency
• Previous experience teaching English to kids and/or teens is required
• Strong communication and online classroom management skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the academic team
• Teaching certification such as CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, or TKT is required
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
