Role Description
This is an online role for an English Instructor – Kids & Teens at HI-Q Academy. The English Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging General English lessons to kids and teens through online classes. The role includes planning and delivering lessons, managing virtual classrooms, monitoring students’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating an interactive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree; an English-related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of English teaching experience.
• Previous experience teaching Kids and/or Teens is required.
• Strong command of English, with a B2 level or above.
• Very good pronunciation and fluency.
• Strong communication and online classroom management skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate young learners in an online environment.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or TKT certification is required.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the academic team.
