What You'll Do
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production use cases
Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and validation
Translate business problems into ML problems in collaboration with domain experts
Build pipelines for data processing, model training, evaluation, and inference
Optimize models for performance, scalability, and explainability
Contribute to research and exploration of new algorithms, frameworks, and techniques
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of practical experience in building and deploying ML models
Exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, Tabular ML, or Recommendation Systems
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc.
Good understanding of model evaluation metrics, overfitting/underfitting, and experiment tracking
Strong communication and collaborative problem-solving skills
Exposure to AWS, GCP, Azure or MLOps pipelines is a plu
