What You'll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Python
Build and consume RESTful APIs
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Work with product, frontend, and data teams to translate requirements into solutions
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Debug production issues and implement long-term fixes
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical standards
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python in production environments
Strong understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOP
Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI
Good understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols, and JSON
Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL and basic query optimization
Familiarity with Django ORM or SQLAlchemy
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
Good to Have: AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, microservices, RabbitMQ/Kafka, and pytest/unittest.
