Vice President of Financial Products and Services

Role Description The Vice President of Financial Products and Services is a full-time, remote position responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of financial products and services that align with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to Compliance 360 Consultants’ clients. This role oversees the development and enhancement of product frameworks for areas such as AML, UBO, ESR, and Central Bank regulations, ensuring offerings are commercially viable and compliant. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing product roadmaps, guiding cross-functional project teams, setting performance metrics, and coordinating with consulting, risk, and audit professionals to integrate financial solutions into client engagements. The Vice President will analyze market trends, client needs, and regulatory changes to inform product innovation, pricing, and positioning. The role also involves mentoring team members, contributing to proposals, supporting business development initiatives, and representing the firm in client meetings and industry forums.
Qualifications
Strong Finance expertise, including financial analysis, product pricing, and understanding of regulatory-driven financial services.
Demonstrated Product Management experience in defining product strategy, roadmaps, and lifecycle management for financial or compliance-related solutions.
Hands-on Product Development skills to translate client and regulatory requirements into structured, scalable financial products and services.
Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret complex regulations, market data, and financial models for decision-making and product optimization.
Proven Project Management capabilities to lead cross-functional initiatives, manage timelines and budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
Experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory consulting (AML, UBO, ESR, or similar frameworks) is highly beneficial.
Background in financial services, consulting, or corporate finance; prior leadership experience in a senior product or finance role preferred.
