Vice President of Strategic FP&A

Role Description The Vice President of Strategic FP&A will lead the financial planning and analysis function, driving strategic insights and supporting long-term business planning across Compliance 360 Consultants. This full-time remote role involves developing and maintaining financial models, preparing forecasts and budgets, and analyzing business performance to inform leadership decisions. The role includes partnering with senior stakeholders to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and resource allocation, as well as identifying financial risks and opportunities. The Vice President will oversee the preparation of management reports, executive dashboards, and scenario analyses, while ensuring data integrity and alignment with regulatory and compliance considerations. This position also collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes, optimize KPIs, and support strategic initiatives, including feasibility studies and due diligence engagements.
Qualifications
Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including experience in building and managing complex Financial Planning models.
Deep knowledge of Finance principles, corporate finance, and financial management in professional services or consulting environments.
Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and present clear, actionable insights to senior leadership.
Background in Financial Services or related sectors, with familiarity in regulatory and compliance-driven business environments.
Experience with Investments, capital allocation, and evaluating business cases, feasibility studies, and due diligence opportunities.
Proficiency in financial reporting tools and advanced Excel; experience with FP&A or BI software is highly beneficial.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing FP&A or finance teams, with a collaborative and inclusive management style.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to executive audiences.
