rKey Respnsibilitie
s• Handle end-to-end technical recruitment and hirin
gSource screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidate
s• Recruit Developers, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, Designers, Marketing, Sales, and other technical/non-technical role
s• Understand technical job requirements before shortlisting candidate
s• Manage recruitment through LinkedIn and other hiring platform
s• Build and maintain an active candidate pipelin
e• Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and offboardin
g• Manage day-to-day activities of remote employee
s• Monitor attendance, punctuality, leaves, working hours, and availabilit
y• Maintain employee discipline, accountability, and policy compliance
• Follow up with employees regarding tasks, performance, and workplace matter
s• Maintain employee records and HR documentatio
n• Assist management with performance reviews, warnings, and employee issue
s• Prepare regular recruitment and HR updates for managemen
t• Help maintain a professional and performance-driven remote work cultur
eMinimum Requiremen
t✅ Minimum 1 year of HR / Recruitment experienc
e✅ Hands-on experience in Technical / IT Recruitmen
t✅ Understanding of common technology roles and terminolog
y✅ Experience with candidate sourcing and interviewin
g✅ Experience managing or coordinating remote employee
s✅ Strong English communication skill
s✅ Strong follow-up and organizational abilitie
s✅ Ability to handle employee discipline professionall
y✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn and recruitment platform
s✅ Comfortable working a night shif
t✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR responsibilitie
