• Manage end-to-end technical and non-technical recruitme
nt• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist qualified candidat
es• Recruit developers, designers, sales, marketing, and operational professiona
ls• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and HR recor
ds• Monitor remote employee attendance, punctuality, and productivi
ty• Maintain workplace discipline and ensure company policy complian
ce• Coordinate employee performance reviews and follow-u
ps• Handle day-to-day HR operations independent
ly• Maintain recruitment trackers, employee databases, and HR repor
ts• Communicate regularly with management and remote tea

✔ Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experien
ce✔ Hands-on technical/IT recruitment experience is mandato
ry✔ Experience managing remote employees preferr

ls✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skil
