Role Description The Senior Graphic Web Designer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role is responsible for conceptualizing and designing visually compelling digital assets, including website layouts, social media creatives, campaign graphics, and marketing collateral aligned with brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and strategy teams, developing branding and logo concepts, refining typography and visual systems, and ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints. The designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, translate briefs into high-quality design solutions, manage multiple projects and timelines, and provide art direction and feedback to junior designers. The role also involves staying current with design trends, digital best practices, and tools to continuously elevate the visual identity of client brands.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating web and digital-first design work. Overall experience of 3-5. years.
Proficient in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Magnific, Claude, Lovart and more) on an everyday basis as part of the design process.
Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including creating and evolving brand identities for diverse clients.
Proficiency in Typography and layout design, with an eye for hierarchy, readability, and aesthetic balance.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch or similar).
Proven experience in web and social media design, including responsive layouts and asset optimization.
Ability to translate strategic marketing objectives into clear, engaging visual solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently in a hybrid environment.
Several years of professional design experience; agency or brand-side experience is preferred.
Relevant degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is advantageous.
