Digital Marketing Specialist

Working Days: Monday – Friday
Shift: Night Shift | 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (IST)
Shift: Salary Package 4LPA - 12LPA
Job Description:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating ads, keyword research, campaign optimization, monitoring performance, and improving conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and manage Google Ads campaigns and ad copies.
Conduct keyword research and optimize targeting.
Monitor campaigns daily and make performance-driven adjustments.
Optimize bids, budgets, keywords, and ads to improve conversions.
Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Continuously work on improving lead quality and conversion rates.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Google Ads/PPC campaigns.
Good understanding of keywords, bidding, ad optimization, and conversion tracking.
Analytical mindset with a focus on campaign performance.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
