Role Description This is a full-time, remote/hybrid roles based in PAN India, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. Depending on level (Director/Sr Manager/Manager/DM/AM/Executive), the role involves contributing to strategy and execution for bitumen and road-infrastructure solutions, including market development, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence.
Day-to-day responsibilities may include managing key accounts and supplier relationships, coordinating procurement and logistics, tracking market trends, and supporting technology-driven processes that improve transparency and reliability in the bitumen ecosystem.
The role will also involve cross-functional collaboration with product, operations, and finance teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of materials and services. Individuals in this position are expected to uphold the company’s core principles in all interactions and contribute to building an organized, sustainable road-infrastructure ecosystem.
Qualifications
Strong background in infrastructure, construction materials, or related industrial sectors, with experience in bitumen, road projects, or supply chain preferred.
Skills in stakeholder management, business development, and key account handling to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Operational and project management skills, including planning, coordination, process optimization, and on-time execution within quality and cost parameters.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in using digital tools, spreadsheets, and basic analytics to support transparent, technology-enabled decision-making.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present solutions clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and commitment to transparency, quality, and speed in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Commerce, or a related field; advanced degrees or specialized certifications in infrastructure or supply chain are an advantage.
