Position Overview
The Senior Technical Product Manager, Analytics will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of analytics-focused products and capabilities.
Success in this position requires a combination of product management expertise, healthcare data knowledge, and strong analytical thinking. Ownership spans the full product lifecycle, from discovery and roadmap development through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
Close partnership with Engineering, Data, AI/ML, UX, and customer-facing teams will be essential in transforming complex healthcare data into meaningful insights and actionable product experiences.
A successful candidate understands not only how to build products, but also how data is generated, structured, analyzed, interpreted, and ultimately transformed into decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Ownership
Own analytics-focused products and capabilities from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
Define product vision, roadmap priorities, requirements, and success metrics.
Translate customer challenges into scalable product solutions.
Drive product decisions using customer feedback, research, and data-driven insights.
Prioritize and manage the analytics product backlog.
Lead discovery efforts that identify opportunities to improve customer outcomes.
Healthcare Data & Analytics
Develop a deep understanding of healthcare datasets, analytical workflows, and customer objectives.
Partner closely with Data and Engineering teams to understand data sources, transformations, business logic, and outputs.
Evaluate the reliability, accuracy, and usefulness of analytical outputs.
Identify data limitations, gaps, and opportunities for additional insight generation.
Translate complex analytical concepts into clear product requirements and user experiences.
Insight Generation & Decision Support
Define how healthcare data should be explored, analyzed, visualized, and transformed into actionable insights.
Design experiences that help users identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities.
Support the development of predictive analytics and AI-enabled product capabilities.
Establish success metrics that measure customer impact and business value.
Define how insights should be surfaced within workflows to drive informed action.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and analytical needs.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, AI/ML, UX, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Communicate product priorities, trade-offs, and decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
Align teams around a shared understanding of customer problems and product objectives.
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of Product Management or Technical Product Management experience.
Proven experience building and delivering analytics, data, decision-support, or insight-driven products.
Meaningful experience working with healthcare data and healthcare analytics.
Strong understanding of how data moves from raw inputs to analytical outputs and customer-facing insights.
Ability to work comfortably with complex datasets, even without being a hands-on SQL expert.
Experience translating technical and analytical concepts into clear product requirements.
Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrated success partnering with Engineering, Data, UX, and Product teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Strong curiosity, sound judgment, and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare analytics, healthcare technology, health plans, provider organizations, or related environments.
Experience working with claims, clinical, utilization, provider, or other healthcare datasets.
Familiarity with business intelligence, data visualization, or data integration platforms.
Experience building AI/ML-enabled products or predictive analytics solutions.
Experience designing workflow products that help users take action on analytical insights.
Familiarity with UX and interaction design principles.
Exposure to Medicaid programs, public-sector healthcare initiatives, or government agencies.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $165,000 - $210,000 USD
Compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

100% remote within the United States
