Compensation: Up to $300k + Bonus
We’re partnered with a fast-growing, product-led collaboration platform integrating AI to transform how teams work together visually. Their focus is on using generative AI to enhance creativity, alignment, and decision-making, building tools that feel intuitive and human while delivering real productivity gains.
This is a high-impact product engineering role where you’ll bring AI-powered features to life end-to-end. You’ll work closely with product and design to identify meaningful use cases, rapidly prototype solutions, and ship production-grade systems that directly improve how teams collaborate.
What You’ll Do
Build and iterate on AI-powered product features that enhance user experience and collaboration
Develop early-stage AI systems and frameworks with measurable improvements in performance and relevance
Translate ambiguous problems into structured solutions using data, experimentation, and ML principles
Partner with product and design to define priorities and deliver high-impact features
Contribute to AI strategy and help shape the direction of future innovation
Mentor engineers and promote best practices in AI development and system design
Requirements
5+ years of software engineering experience
2+ years building generative AI products in production
Experience across Frontend (React/TypeScript), Backend (Python), and UI/UX for AI Tools
Experience taking AI features from concept to production and maintaining them at scale
Strong prototyping skills with a track record of 0 to 1 projects
Ability to connect technical work to product and business impact
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in Machine Learning, AI, or related field
Experience with retrieval systems, personalization, or NLP
Track record of contributing to longer-term technical roadmaps
Experience mentoring or leading engineers
