Role Description
Earn $2,000 to $6,000 per closed deal. This is a remote, commission-only independent contractor role with no cap on earnings, and commission scales with deal size.
We're looking for one great caller, not a room full of average ones. If you're the person who stays warm on the 80th dial, gets a stranger talking in 20 seconds, and doesn't take "no" personally, this is built for you.
You'll call California homeowners and landowners from lists we provide, find out whether they're open to selling, gather the details we need to make an offer, and pass warm leads to our acquisitions team. You don't have to close. You just have to open the door. We provide the leads, the dialer, and the scripts, and we handle everything after the handoff. You set your own hours.
Qualifications
A proven phone voice, whether from cold calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or collections
Natural, confident conversational English; you sound like a person, not a script
Comfortable speaking with California homeowners about their property
Resilience: rejection doesn't slow you down
Self-driven; you don't need a manager to get on the phone
Reliable computer, quality headset, and quiet workspace
Availability during Pacific time calling hours preferred
No real estate experience needed; we'll teach you what to listen for
