About the Role
We are looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer to join our in-house creative team.
You will take raw footage, scripts, references and static designs and turn them into polished videos that communicate clearly and hold attention: product videos, ads, reels and brand content.
The role suits someone who loves editing and motion, and is excited about combining traditional craft with AI tools.
Key Responsibilities
Edit videos for social media, performance ads, UGC ads, e-commerce and brand campaigns
Create Reels, YouTube Shorts and short-form content with strong hooks, pacing, captions and CTAs
Create product videos that clearly communicate features, benefits and USPs
Design motion graphics, including typography, logo, product and title animations
Create multiple versions of ads for A/B testing, adapted across 9:16, 1:1, 4:5 and 16:9
Add music, sound effects and voiceovers, and do basic colour correction and grading
Work with designers, 3D artists and marketers to turn concepts into finished videos
Use AI tools for image-to-video, generative video, storyboarding, voiceovers and experimentation
Maintain brand consistency, take feedback well and turn revisions quickly
Keep project files, footage and exports organised
What We're Looking For
2 to 3 years of experience editing ads, social or product videos, ideally for a D2C or consumer brand
Strong sense of storytelling, timing, pacing and visual hierarchy
Solid understanding of motion graphics and animation principles
Understanding of social media and performance advertising, and what makes an ad hook work
Must have: Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro and Photoshop
Good to have: Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Audition, Figma, CapCut
Experience with AI tools like Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, Firefly, Midjourney or ElevenLabs is a strong advantage
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects to deadlines
A strong portfolio or showreel is a must
Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate to Noida
