The Role
You will work directly with the founders to drive how the company runs week to week. You will own the operating rhythm, keep priorities moving across teams, and make sure decisions turn into outcomes. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across growth, operations, finance and strategy.
What You’ll Do
Operating Cadence
Run weekly business reviews and leadership meetings across teams
Track decisions and action items, and follow through until they close
Set and track team goals and key metrics across both offices
Investor & Board Reporting
Prepare monthly business reviews, board materials and investor updates
Work with finance on business models, plans and performance analysis
Support fundraising with data, materials and diligence
Data & Analysis
Pull and analyse data across sales, marketing, operations and finance
Build trackers and dashboards for leadership
Turn analysis into clear recommendations for the founders
Strategic Projects
Drive cross-functional projects from planning to execution
Work on initiatives such as new channels, product launches and market expansion
Act as the link between the founders and team leads across both offices
What We’re Looking For
Must have
3–5 years of total work experience, with at least 2 years in management consulting (Big 4 advisory, strategy consulting or consumer-focused research firms) or a founder’s office role at a funded startup
Graduate from a Tier-1 institute, or an MBA from a top business school
Advanced Excel/Sheets: pivots, lookups, building trackers and models from raw data
Has built presentations for senior leadership, boards or clients
Has owned at least one project end to end, from plan to execution
Structured thinker and clear, concise communicator
Based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate; full-time in-office in Noida
Good to have
Experience with D2C, e-commerce or consumer brands
Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting or board materials
Not a fit if you
Have only worked in sales, operations execution or pure research roles
Prefer advising over owning execution
Are looking for a remote or hybrid role
