💼 Relevant Experience: Equity / F&O Dealing
📜 NISM Certification: Mandatory
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Manage and engage with assigned clients
• Share market updates and equity ideas
• Understand client requirements and risk profiles
• Execute orders accurately through trading terminals
• Handle Equity, F&O & Currency segments
• Acquire new clients and activate/reactivate accounts
• Achieve brokerage and revenue targets
• Increase trading activity and client engagement
• Cross-sell Mutual Funds, IPOs, Fixed Deposits & Insurance
• Promote MTF to eligible clients
• Follow SEBI, exchange and internal compliance guidelines
🎯 Dealer Profile Preference
✅ Stable career history, preferably 2+ years in the last organization
✅ Good performance track record / KRA rating
✅ Relevant Equity/F&O dealing experience
✅ Mandatory NISM certification
