We’re looking for experienced professionals to join our growing PMS business.
🔴 1. MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER – PMS SALES
💼 Experience: 5–7 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA (hike on last CTC)
🎯 Focus: HNI/UHNI | PMS Sales | Wealth Management
What you’ll do:
• Acquire HNI/UHNI clients
• Drive AUM & revenue targets
• Present PMS strategies and investment propositions
• Manage prospects from discussion to onboarding
• Handle commercials and fee negotiations
• Build long-term client relationships
• Generate business through networks, referrals & partnerships
What we’re looking for:
✅ PMS / Wealth Management / Private Banking / Investment Advisory experience
✅ Strong HNI/UHNI client handling experience
✅ Strong understanding of Equity Markets & Investment Products
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
🔵 2. PMS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
💼 Experience: 2–4 Years
💰 Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (hike on last CTC)
🎯 Focus: PMS Operations | Client Onboarding | Documentation
What you’ll do:
• Manage end-to-end PMS onboarding
• Handle KYC, CKYC/KRA, Demat & PMS documentation
• Coordinate with custodians, brokers & intermediaries
• Manage investments, withdrawals & client requests
• Maintain operational records, trackers & MIS
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management, Compliance, Finance & Dealing teams
• Support SOP & process improvements
What we’re looking for:
✅ PMS / Wealth / Asset Management / Broking / Custody experience
✅ PMS onboarding & operations experience preferred
✅ Strong documentation & follow-up skills
✅ Good communication and client-handling skills
✅ Working knowledge of Excel & MIS
