Role Description The Software Development (Business Analyst) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Kochi. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for software solutions, and collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate implementation. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, documenting workflows, supporting database-related requirements, and participating in testing to validate system functionality against business needs. The Business Analyst will also assist in identifying process improvements, preparing technical and user documentation, and providing support during deployment and post-implementation. The position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align automation solutions with client objectives and operational constraints.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret business requirements, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
Candidates should possess Software Development and Programming skills to understand technical constraints, contribute to solution design, and communicate effectively with development teams.
Candidates should possess Databases knowledge to work with data models, support query requirements, and ensure data integrity within automation solutions.
Candidates should possess Testing skills to support test planning, execute functional and integration tests, and validate solutions against business specifications.
Relevant experience in business analysis or software development within automation, industrial, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple priorities, and contribute to cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
