We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is curious about digital advertising, numbers, experimentation, and growth.
You’ll work closely with the marketing team on Meta Ads, Google Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, lead generation and AI-powered marketing.
What You’ll Work On
Meta Ads
Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns
Work on Lead Generation, Traffic, Awareness, Engagement & Retargeting campaigns
Assist with audience research, custom audiences & lookalike audiences
Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
Support A/B testing of creatives, audiences and campaign structures
Google Ads
Assist in managing Google Search & Display campaigns
Work on app installs/downloads, traffic, lead generation & remarketing
Perform keyword research and search-term analysis
Monitor bids, budgets, CPC, CTR and conversion performance
Assist with campaign optimization and reporting
📊 Analytics & Performance
Track and analyze CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, Conversion Rate & ROAS
Prepare regular campaign performance reports
Identify trends and performance gaps
Understand customer acquisition funnels and conversion journeys
Assist with basic conversion tracking and campaign attribution
Learn how to make marketing decisions based on data
🤖 AI + Marketing
Experiment with ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI marketing tools
Use AI for audience research, competitor research and campaign analysis
Explore AI-powered creative and advertising tools
Learn how AI is changing performance marketing and customer acquisition
🛠️ What We’re Looking For
Basic understanding of digital marketing & performance marketing
Interest in Meta Ads and Google Ads
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
Basic understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, Conversion Rate & ROAS
Strong curiosity and willingness to experiment
Good communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and take ownership
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is a plus
