Positon Description
Contracts and Procurement Manager with strong expertise in high-rise building construction projects, EPC contracts, and FIDIC contract administration. The candidate will be responsible for managing the complete procurement and contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with project requirements, cost optimization, timely delivery, and effective contract administration for large-scale construction projects.
Key responsibilities
Contract Management
Draft, review, negotiate, and administer EPC contracts, subcontract agreements, and vendor contracts. Ensure compliance with FIDIC contract conditions and project-specific contractual obligations. Manage contract risk assessment, claims, variations, extensions of time, and dispute resolution.Interpret contract clauses and provide contractual guidance to project teams.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual terms.
Claims & Compliance
Handle contractual claims, notices, and correspondence as per FIDIC provisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
Support project audits and documentation reviews.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal project teams.
Support project planning and execution through proactive contract and procurement management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
-15-20 years of progressive professional experience
- Strong hands-on experience with EPC
