Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for CMM and metrology systems to ensure maximum uptime and customer satisfaction
Conduct AMC, preventive maintenance, and calibration of CMM systems across customer sites
Support in-house part inspections and verification activities.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T standards
Deliver remote support via AnyDesk, TeamViewer, or on-site visits
Collaborate with sales and application teams to support technical queries and commercial activities
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Diploma / Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering
5–10+ years of experience in CMM/metrology support, service, or application engineering
Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
Hands-on experience with CMM installations, retrofitting, calibration, and AMC services
Familiarity with CMM controllers and software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
