Field Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team.

Position: Field Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000- ₹40,000 per month
Incentives: Additional incentive for every successful publisher onboarding
Work Type: Field Sales / Publisher Acquisition
Field Area: Primarily within a 4 KM radius of our office
Key Responsibilities:
Visit potential publishers in the field within approximately 4 KM of the office.
Introduce and explain our platform to publishers.
Convince and onboard publishers onto our platform.
Build relationships with local publishers and potential partners.
Explain the benefits, features, and onboarding process of the platform clearly.
Complete publisher registrations and assist them through the onboarding process.
Follow up with interested publishers to ensure successful onboarding.
Maintain a daily record of visits, leads, follow-ups, and completed onboardings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly publisher onboarding targets.
Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding support and issue resolution.
Who We’re Looking For:
Comfortable with field sales and meeting people in person.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Confident, energetic, and target-oriented.
Comfortable travelling locally around the office area.
Ability to build relationships and generate leads through direct visits.
Previous experience in field sales, business development, merchant acquisition, or onboarding is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
Compensation:
₹30,000- ₹40,000 monthly salary.
