Interior Designer

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bhilai. The Interior Designer will collaborate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, and budget, and translate these into design concepts, mood boards, and detailed layouts.
Daily responsibilities include:
Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Support project documentation, maintain design standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of design processes and client experience.
Qualifications:
Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to create practical and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
Knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to develop clear, buildable design documentation.
Atleast 2 years of experience with FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, specification, and coordination.
Proficiency in design and visualization software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office or similar tools).
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with site teams and vendors, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
