Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and experience working with data, reports, dashboards, and business insights.
The role involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions and improve operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and data summaries for stakeholders.
Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business insights from data.
Work with Excel, SQL, and visualization tools to analyze datasets.
Perform data quality checks and resolve inconsistencies.
Support business teams with ad hoc analysis and reporting requirements.
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
Translate business questions into data-driven analysis.
Document findings and communicate insights clearly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data and reporting needs.
Key Requirements
1-4 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Reporting, or related roles.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Good working knowledge of SQL
Experience with data cleaning, validation, and reporting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful insights.
Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
