Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, preparing functional documentation, and supporting the delivery of software and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
Convert business needs into clear BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria
Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and other technical teams.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops
Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
Create process flows, use cases, functional specifications, and documentation
Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, and release activities.
Track requirements throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Coordinate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Assist with testing, issue resolution, and change-request management.
Prepare reports, presentations, and project updates for stakeholders.
Key Requirements
Experience in Business Analysis, IT Projects, Software Development, or Product environments
Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies
Experience preparing BRD, FRD, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business language.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Experience with UAT, process mapping, and gap analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
