SENIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
KC India Test Laboratories LLP is looking for an experienced, dynamic and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to strengthen our market presence and drive business growth across India.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop new business opportunities & strategic partnerships
• Build strong relationships with DISCOMs, TRANSCOs, PSUs, EPC Contractors & Manufacturers
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into business
• Manage key accounts and long-term client relationships
• Identify new tenders, projects and market opportunities
• Develop and execute business growth strategies
• Coordinate with technical teams for proposals and client requirements
PREFERRED PROFILE
• 5–10+ years of Business Development / Sales experience
• Power Sector / Electrical Industry experience preferred
• Experience in Testing, Inspection, TPI, Cables, Transformers or EPC will be an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation & leadership skills
• Strong industry network and willingness to travel across India
