About Healix Engage
Healix Engage is our patient and provider engagement platform — the layer that turns healthcare
interactions into ongoing, meaningful relationships. It is a product with real users, real traction, and a
roadmap far larger than the team currently chasing it. There is white space here that most PMs only
dream about: core problems still to be solved, and the freedom to solve them well.
The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own Healix Engage end to end. This is not a backloggrooming, ticket-shuffling role. You will set direction, make the hard calls on what gets built and what does not, and be accountable for outcomes not just output. You will work shoulder to shoulder with engineering, design, and leadership, with unusual latitude to run experiments, kill bad ideas quickly, and double down on what is working.

What You'll Do
Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Healix Engage, and translate it into a sequence of releases that compound.
Talk to users constantly patients, providers, internal teams and turn what you hear into sharp product decisions.
Define the problems worth solving, write crisp specs, and partner with engineering and design to ship fast without shipping sloppy.
Use data to decide. Set the metrics that matter, instrument them, and let the numbers not opinions settle debates.
Prioritize ruthlessly against limited time and resources the hallmark of a great PM at a growing company.
Be the connective tissue across teams, keeping everyone aligned on the "why" and the "what's next."
What We're Looking For
Roughly 3–5 years in product management, ideally including time taking a product from early to scaling (0→1 or 1→10 experience is a big plus).
A track record of shipping products that moved real metrics you can point to specific outcomes you are proud of.
Strong product intuition paired with genuine comfort in data; you can zoom from strategy to a Figma detail to a SQL query and back.
Excellent judgment under ambiguity. You make good decisions with incomplete information and course-correct quickly.
Clear, persuasive communication you can align a room and write a spec that does not need a translator.
A builder's temperament: high ownership, low ego, and a bias for action. You would rather ship, learn, and iterate than wait for perfect.
Bonus: experience in healthcare, health-tech, or another regulated, high-trust domain.
