Overnight Monitoring Technician I

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Call Center Representative. This role combines accurate data entry tasks with providing outstanding customer support through inbound and outbound calls. The ideal candidate will be organized, have excellent communication skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry Duties
Enter and update customer information, transactions, and other data accurately into the company database.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission.
Maintain organized records and documentation for future reference.
Generate reports from databases as requested by management.
Call Center Duties
Handle a low to med volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and report complaints promptly.
Document call details and follow up on unresolved issues.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues as necessary.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude during interactions with customers.
Call and/or Report to your supervisor of any issues that arise during your shift.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
1+ year of data entry or customer service experience preferred.
Experience in a call center environment is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with CRM software or data entry tools.
Soft Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
Time management and multitasking capabilities.
Work Environment and Hours
Call volume varies, Data entry and Audit are primary functions
Hybrid phone-based and computer-based work.
Involves extended periods of sitting and typing.
8pm to 8pm
Pay: $15 per hour
