Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Software Developer at Fabri Holdings. The Senior Software Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain back-end services and APIs to support web and enterprise applications. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, and optimizing application performance and scalability. The role involves collaborating closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions, as well as contributing to architecture decisions and mentoring less experienced team members. The Senior Software Developer will also help improve development processes, ensure code quality and security, and participate in regular planning and stand-up meetings.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Computer Science principles, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-quality applications and services.
Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, including building and integrating APIs and working with server-side frameworks.
Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and ability to design modular, maintainable, and reusable code.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), and automated testing practices.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and collaborate using online communication tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a focus on reliability, performance, and security.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in mentoring or leading technical initiatives and familiarity with agile or iterative development methodologies.
