Role Description
The ServiceNow Architect (CTA Certified) is a full-time remote role responsible for leading the design and implementation of enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions. Day-to-day tasks include defining architectural blueprints, configuring and extending ServiceNow modules, and integrating ServiceNow with external systems and data sources. The architect will collaborate with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable platform designs. Responsibilities also include guiding development teams, reviewing technical designs, ensuring adherence to best practices, and supporting performance optimization and platform governance. The role involves contributing to automation strategies that leverage Agentic AI, preparing technical documentation, and providing architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design for enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
Hands-on experience in Software Development on the ServiceNow platform, including scripting and configuration.
Proficiency in Integration design and implementation, including APIs, web services, and data exchange patterns.
Demonstrated Project Management abilities, including planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) certification required; additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
Experience designing secure, performant, and compliant solutions in large or complex organizations.
Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or related ServiceNow products and enterprise automation patterns.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
