・品質保証（QA）：GMP／GQP／QMS体制の構築、監査対応
・臨床開発：試験計画の立案、CRO管理、グローバル開発のPM
・非臨床、事業開発（導出入・ライセンス）、マーケティング、メディカルアフェアーズ など

xCARE is a platform that connects pharmaceutical, medical device, regenerative medicine, and diagnostics companies with experienced industry professionals.
We engage experts on a contract basis to take on specialized work that companies cannot easily fill through hiring.
What you may work on
- Regulatory Affairs: preparing submission documents, PMDA / FDA interactions, regulatory strategy
- CMC: process development, specifications and quality, CMC documentation, CDMO management
- Quality Assurance: building GMP / GQP / QMS systems, audit support
- Clinical Development: study planning, CRO oversight, global development project management
- Also: nonclinical, business development (licensing in/out), marketing, medical affairs, and more
Who we are looking for
- Hands-on experience at a pharmaceutical company, medical device manufacturer, CRO / CDMO, or regulatory agency
- Able to drive the work yourself, not only advise
- Open to professionals who are currently employed, independent consultants, and those based outside Japan
How you work and compensation
- Contract engagement (not employment)
- Primarily remote; scope and commitment are agreed per project
- Compensation: USD 70–200 per hour, depending on your experience and the project
