Role Description The Guest Relation Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the NURA center in Hyderabad. This role involves welcoming guests, managing reception activities, and guiding visitors through the screening process to ensure a smooth and positive experience. Responsibilities include handling check-in and check-out procedures, answering inquiries in person and via phone or email, coordinating appointment schedules, and providing clear information about services. The Guest Relation Executive supports customer service and sales activities by explaining available screening packages, assisting with bookings, and addressing concerns or feedback. The role also includes working closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain efficient front-office operations and uphold NURA’s service standards.
Qualifications
Strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills to manage visitor experience and support patient satisfaction.
Clear and professional Communication abilities for in-person, phone, and written interactions.
Experience with Sales and promotion of services or packages in a healthcare or service-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties, including appointment scheduling, front desk coordination, and basic administrative tasks.
Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or wellness centers is an advantage.
Comfort working with basic computer applications, appointment management systems, and office tools.
Ability to work on-site full time in Hyderabad, with a customer-focused and detail-oriented mindset.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in hospitality, healthcare administration, or related fields is preferred.
