About the role
We are growing our team and hiring Data Entry Specialists to help keep our company and contact databases accurate and up to date. This is an entry-level role. No previous experience is required, and we provide full training. If you are organized, careful with details, and comfortable working on a computer, we would like to hear from you.
What you will do
Enter company and contact information into our CRM and spreadsheets
Check existing records and update outdated information
Remove duplicate entries and fix formatting errors
Collect basic public information about companies from websites and LinkedIn
Fill in reports and tracking sheets for sponsorship campaigns
Follow written instructions and templates provided by your team lead
What we are looking for
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and comfort with Google Sheets or Excel
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Good written English
Authorized to work in the United States
A computer and a reliable internet connection
Nice to have
Any previous data entry, administrative, or office experience
Familiarity with a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Typing speed of 40+ words per minute
