HR Generalist

We’re hiring an HR Generalist to join our growing digital marketing and media environment.

We’re looking for someone who sees HR as more than policies and paperwork.
Someone who can understand people, work closely with creative and business teams, keep HR operations on track, and contribute to building a workplace where good people can do great work.
Your role will include:
• Managing the complete employee lifecycle
• Driving recruitment and onboarding across teams
• Managing attendance, leave, HRMS and payroll inputs
• Supporting performance reviews and appraisals
• Handling employee concerns and workplace communication
• Building employee engagement and culture initiatives
• Maintaining HR policies, documentation and compliance
• Working closely with team leads and management on people matters
• Using HR data and insights to support better decisions
You’ll fit in well if you have:
• 4+ years of hands-on HR Generalist experience
• Strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
• Confident communication and people-handling skills
• Experience working with dynamic or fast-paced teams
• Good knowledge of HRMS and MS Excel
• A practical approach to solving people and workplace challenges
• MBA/PGDM in HR or a relevant qualification preferred
