Beverage Executive (Bartending experience mandatory)

We’re looking for a passionate beverage professional to join The Happy High. This role goes beyond the bar—it’s about shaping the next generation of bartenders, driving innovation in mixology, and contributing to India’s growing beverage culture.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct mixology and beverage training at our academy and client locations
Curate cocktail menus for hospitality clients
Contribute to engaging beverage and mixology video content
Manage event bartending and brand activations
Support business development initiatives

Experience & Background
Total experience: 3–6 years
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience at cocktail-forward bars
Experience in the Mumbai bar market necessary
This is a Mumbai-based role; relocation support is not available
Skills
Speed and efficiency behind the bar with knowledge of modern bartending techniques
Strong communication skills with fluency in English
MS Office and general computer proficiency
