We are looking for a passionate, dependable beverage professional who wants to grow with us, take ownership of their work and build a long-term career beyond the conventional bar environment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct bartending, mixology and beverage training at our academy and client locations.
Curate cocktail menus and develop beverage concepts for hospitality clients.
Contribute to engaging beverage and mixology videos and digital content.
Execute event bartending, brand activations and consumer experiences.
Support business development and client engagement initiatives.
Who We're Looking For
Experience: 3–6 years of total professional experience, including at least 2 years of hands-on experience at cocktail-focused bars.
A strong understanding of the Mumbai bar and hospitality scene.
Sound knowledge of modern bartending techniques, cocktail preparation and efficient bar operations.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Proficiency in MS Office and general computer applications.
A proactive, adaptable and organised approach, with the ability to work independently and take responsibility for deliverables.
