Zaldern is building its field team in Hyderabad.
We are looking for Business Development Associates | Field & Client Acquisition who are comfortable getting into the market, meeting business owners, discovering opportunities, and building relationships from the ground up.
This is a field focused business development role.

What you will do
• Identify and map businesses within assigned territories
• Visit businesses and connect with owners and decision makers
• Understand their business, operational, and technology requirements
• Introduce relevant Zaldern solutions
• Generate and qualify new business opportunities
• Build relationships with business owners and decision makers
• Schedule qualified discussions with the appropriate Zaldern team
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline records
• Follow up consistently and move opportunities forward
Who we are looking for
• Confident communication with business owners
• Comfortable with field work and local travel
• Persistent and professional approach
• Strong relationship building skills
• Curious about how businesses operate
• Target oriented and self driven
• Comfortable working independently
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Experience in field sales, business development, merchant acquisition, banking, telecom, SaaS, or B2B sales is an advantage
