Research Analyst

Role Description
Identify US-based companies with non-IT hiring requirements and initiate the first contact with potential clients.
Research employers, identify job openings, connect with relevant decision-makers, and generate qualified recruitment business opportunities for Zaldern.
Key Responsiblilites:
Research US companies across healthcare, hospitality, logistics, manufacturing, retail, construction, and other non-IT industries.
Identify companies with active or upcoming job openings through LinkedIn, job boards, career pages, and other platforms.
Conduct initial outreach to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other professional channels.
Contact employers to verify hiring needs and understand whether they require recruitment support.
Identify and connect with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Managers, hiring managers, and other decision-makers.
Qualify potential clients based on their open positions, hiring urgency, and willingness to work with a recruitment agency.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, job openings, follow-ups, and responses.
Schedule follow-ups and pass qualified opportunities to the Business Development team for further engagement.
Achieve daily and monthly outreach, research, and client qualification targets.
Required Skills:
1–4 years of experience in US recruitment research, client outreach, lead generation, or a similar role.
Understanding of US non-IT industries and hiring practices.
Experience with email outreach, LinkedIn research, or client prospecting.
Strong communication, research, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and job research platforms.
Ability to handle rejection, follow up consistently, and achieve targets.

This is a client research, initial outreach, and lead qualification role.
Researchers are the first point of contact with potential clients. Their responsibility is to identify hiring needs, initiate conversations, establish initial interest, and qualify opportunities before handing them over to the Business Development team.
