FabConnect is hiring an experienced and results-driven Head of E-Commerce to lead and scale the online business across web, mobile, marketplace and digital commerce channels.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who can take complete ownership of e-commerce strategy, P&L, digital revenue growth, marketplace performance, customer experience, pricing, promotions, merchandising, inventory planning and team leadership.

💰 CTC: Based on Current / Previous CTC – TBD
🔎 Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement the overall e-commerce growth strategy and drive online sales across websites, marketplaces and digital channels.
P&L Ownership: Own revenue targets, profitability and overall e-commerce business performance.
Customer Acquisition & Retention: Improve acquisition, retention and conversion rates while enhancing the overall digital customer journey.
Marketplace Management: Lead marketplace relationships, identify expansion opportunities and drive marketplace performance.
Commercial Planning: Manage pricing, promotions, merchandising and inventory planning to maximize revenue and profitability.
Business Analytics: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze business data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Product and Supply Chain teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor and lead a high-performing e-commerce team focused on growth and execution excellence. JD_Head of E-Commerce
🎯 What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have 8–10 years of experience in e-commerce, digital commerce or online retail leadership, with strong exposure to P&L management, digital revenue growth, marketplace management, performance marketing and customer lifecycle management. JD_Head of E-Commerce
Experience with consumer brands, retail, D2C, lifestyle or similar industries will be preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field is required, while an MBA is preferred. JD_Head of E-Commerce
