🚀 WE’RE HIRING | DATA ENGINEER – AZURE / DBT / MICROSOFT FABRIC
FabConnect is looking for a strong Data Engineer with hands-on expertise in building scalable modern data platforms using SQL, DBT, Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric.
💰 CTC: Up to ₹30 LPA
⏳ Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
🕐 Time Zone: IST
📌 Employment: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
✅ Design and build scalable ETL / ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Factory
✅ Implement batch, incremental and CDC-based ingestion from cloud and on-premise sources
✅ Build complex SQL transformations, stored procedures, views and analytical datasets
✅ Perform SQL performance tuning using indexing, partitioning, statistics and execution plans
✅ Develop modular DBT models across staging, intermediate and marts layers
✅ Implement DBT tests, macros, documentation and incremental models
✅ Build and manage Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse / Warehouse solutions
✅ Work with Delta / Parquet, medallion architecture and schema evolution
✅ Implement automated data-quality checks, monitoring, SLA tracking and alerting
✅ Manage CI/CD through Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions
✅ Implement data governance, RBAC, secrets management, RLS/OLS and metadata standards
