Job Summary: As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions within the organization. You will partner with hiring managers and department heads to identify staffing needs, source, screen, and interview candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The IT Recruiter will help build a high-performance workforce by attracting and selecting the best talent for IT roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Understanding the client requirements and source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and databases.
Screen resumes, interview candidates, and conduct reference checks.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in the IT industry to target effectively and attract top talent.
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide a positive candidate experience by guiding them through the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Support the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an IT Recruiter or in a technical recruitment role, preferably for Cloud based role (Oracle, Azure)
Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' technical abilities and cultural fit for the company.
Strong sourcing and networking skills, with proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles (e.g., Oracle , Technical Consultants).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Zoho) and recruitment software.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word and PPT.
